Terms for Torklio-enabled text-message programs

CURRENT LAUNCH STATUS  SMS must remain disabled until A2P registration and production delivery are verified. Remove this internal callout from the public page when SMS is approved and functioning.



1. Program description

When enabled, Torklio supports automated text messages sent by or on behalf of participating businesses for appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, changes, customer-service communications, security notices, and other purposes specifically disclosed at opt-in. The responsible business should be identified in the consent language and messages.

2. Consent

You receive messages only after providing the consent required for the applicable program. Consent to transactional texts is not consent to marketing. Marketing consent must be requested separately, be voluntary, and not be a condition of purchasing goods or services. The person providing a number represents that they are the subscriber or customary user of that number and can consent to messages at it.

3. Opt-out and help

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to revoke consent for the applicable automated program. Torklio or the business may send one confirmation of the opt-out. After suppression, no further automated messages requiring that consent should be sent unless the recipient lawfully opts in again. Reply HELP for available support information, or contact support@torklio.com.

4. Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on appointments, account activity, customer-support requests, and the program selected. Your wireless carrier's message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may depend on carrier registration, filtering, number status, network availability, and provider systems.

5. Number changes

If you stop using or transfer a mobile number, notify the applicable business and opt out before relinquishing the number when possible. Businesses must maintain reasonable processes to avoid sending messages to reassigned numbers.

6. Prohibited use

Businesses may not use Torklio messaging for purchased lists, spam, harassment, unlawful marketing, deceptive content, prohibited industries, emergencies, or messages sent without required consent. Businesses must keep consent evidence and honor revocation across reasonable channels.

7. Privacy and changes

Information is handled as described in the Torklio Privacy Policy and the applicable business's privacy notice. Mobile opt-in information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. These SMS Terms may be updated by posting a revised effective date and providing any additional notice required by law.
